In the act of creating, I believe we catch a glimpse of our creator. There is a picture of this in the last part of Romans 4:17 where it says that God "calls into existence the things that do not exist." In a small way, that is what it was like as I wrote this arrangement. One day it was just there as if "called into existence" that very moment. I didn't do anything extraordinary to muster it up. It certainly wasn't there the day before, or any of the preceding days for that matter. It just gently showed up and within a span of a couple of hours I had the majority of it written. Amazing! That is what I love about getting to participate in the act of creating!
