We’re All Here (Come Hell or High Water) is the new LIVE CD by central Pennsylvania's premier Trop Rock band, Dennis McCaughey and Tropical Soul. This project brings to life twelve original songs by Dennis McCaughey, including Tropical Soul standards such as Caribbean Holiday, Practical Dreamer, Fare Game, No Plans At All, Tequila Regatta and Bahama Mama. Also included in this live release are the brand new songs Paint the Sunset, If Tequila Won’t Do It written by Dennis McCaughey as well as a new song written by Randy Zimmerman entitled Goodbye So Long Farewell, and a cover of the Stephen Bishop classic On and On. The CD is produced by R Scott Bryan, the multi-instrumentalist from St. Louis, who toured with Sheryl Crow for five years and who also is featured on the CD playing bass and percussion. Dennis McCaughey provides lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Randy Zimmerman provides vocals and electric guitar and Jere Groft of Lancaster, PA rounds out the project on drums and percussion. Special guest performers on the CD include John Patti, steel drum player of the band Jim Morris and the Big Bamboo, from Baltimore, MD performs on all of the tracks. The project also features harmony vocals by Lancaster's Heather Sneeringer, and bass guitar by Dave Huxta of the band, Copper Sky. We’re All Here is the fourth CD release for Dennis McCaughey, following Days Like These (1995), Tropical Soul (2000), No Plans At All (2004). The band, Tropical Soul, hails from Lancaster, Pennsylvania where trio members, Dennis McCaughey, Randy Zimmerman and Jere Groft perform between 75 and 100 times per year. They appear extensively in the Central Pennsylvania region in addition to Philadelphia, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Washington, DC. They have opened for national artists such as Peter Mayer, Scott Kirby, Mac McAnally, Bill "Sauce Boss" Wharton, and Robert Greenidge and Michael Utley. Each November finds them heading south to Key West, FL, where they have performed at the National Parrot Head Convention for the last ten years. Each year they have opened the convention's Street Fest, held in front of Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville on Duval Street. This event draws between 3,000 and 4,000 people, and in 2002, they opened for none other than Jimmy Buffett himself. In November 2004, they were joined on stage by Tina Gullickson, Heather Perry, Jim Mayer, and TC Mitchell, all members of Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefer Band.
