I go by the name Allceein, but everyone calls me ALL. I come from a Haitian household and was born in Brooklyn, NY but was later raised in Westbury, Long Island. I began this hip hop thing in 8th grade when I first started rhyming. I formed a two man crew, with me and my boy, and would create routines for me and him to rock in school shows and in front of neighborhood kids. I've always lived this thing, from being a fan of different hip hop artists, performing in underground hip hop venues, spitting in freestyle sessions wherever that often lasted forever, getting down at basement parties or park jams, and so on. In the mid-to-late-nineties, as one member of the group I*Power (including DJ MoFunk,Poet Supreme a.k.a Pure, and myself), we released a limited number of copies of 12” vinyl in which I was featured on the b-side title track “The Madness”. I am an independent artist doing this music thing for the love and am an active member of a group called Lifeforce, which is just the extended family of I*Power. Lifeforce members, Pure, Murdock El, Prevalent Maestro, and DJ MoFunk, are all featured throughout "Da Music In Da Madness" project with each contributing their signature style. The majority of the albums’ production stems from in house producers DJ MoFunk and Prevalent Maestro. "Da Music In Da Madness" is the Truth in the Lie of hip hop. It is my honest offering of conceptual songs that speak to uplift and awaken ones spirit and mind without sounding preachy. On some real sh*t, it stays in rotation on my ipod when I'm in the street, subway, or in my crib. This truly is my music in the midst of madness.
