SAY What formed in 1997 in Stockholm, Sweden. Back then they decided to only perform original songs and in english. And the style was funk with a touch of Level 42, Earth, Wind & Fire and Zapp. The current setup is with three original members (BJ, Stu and Steve) and the rest is from the 1991 setup with Mr Key, JoYeah and Daddy Dee. The band have performed on the biggest venues in Stockholm and also in TV shows. The highlight was in 1991 when the band won a nation wide contest. First price was a record deal wich landed their first single. In 1996 the band split up, due to other priorites and family life. In 2010 they got togheter again for a special show and decided to get back on the funk scene.
