I first started writing some of these tunes back in 1973 when I got off the road as a full-time musician. I started playing the guitar back in 1960, and my influences then were The Ventures, The Shadows, The Fireballs, and Wes Dakus and the Rebels. In the early 90's, I decided to put together my own studio and record some of these old tunes properly. This album is part of the result. Using my trusty 1975 Strat (heavily modified), a Korg Trinity keyboard, A 1957 Fender pre bass, and a collection of acoustic guitars, I worked at perfecting what I like to call "happy" music. I do hope there is something in here that you enjoy!
