Diagnosis was founded in June 2014 by Erubey Bello and Isabel Romero, In that month begins the work of composition of the first album "Sympathy For Disease," which is recorded between the months of September (2014) and January (2015).

In early 2015, Ever Nicolás joined on guitar and Arturo Aguilar on bass. After that Chaak Rodrigues was joined to the band giving a powerful sound to the band.
