Spirit of Africa can best be described as a classical interpretation of African World Music. The album is a unique compilation of music where ancient cries, drum beats, Bushmen instrumentation and African Cora meet the mastery and musical eloquence of classical orchestration. Pops Mohamed and Lynne Holmes combine their talents to create this unique compilation. Spirit of Africa reflects the human challenges born out of a need for survival yet captures the message of hope, beauty, love and tolerance that runs through the veins of the African continent.
