BRIGHT STARS was recorded during two live concerts at the legendary Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz, California, with the help of incredible musician friends, Grammy-winner Barry Phillips (cello & string arrangements), violinist/violist Timba Harris (from Secret Chiefs 3), and multi-instrumentalist Mike Rawlinson (flugelhorn). The songs are a culmination of several years of work writing and exploring themes of love, friendship, sadness, war, adventure and wonder.

*The songs were recorded live, but additional harp was added to track 3 in the studio.
