"Upside down" is the new feature collaboration track of top European Urban DJ: VINCZ LEE - winner at the SWISS NIGHTLIFE AWARDS as the "Best Urban Dj" in 2010 & nominated in the TOP 3 every year since then (2011-2014). Not only has he been touring SWITZERLAND for the past 18 YEARS, he also holds residencies in some of Europe's top clubs including the MONDIAL in Beek (HOLLAND), the CIRQUE LE SOIR in London (UK) and he also regularly plays as far as SENEGAL in Africa (Dakar / BARRAMUNDI). Like a lot of top DJ's worldwide, it was only natural that VINCZ LEE would evolve from strictly selecting tracks to making his own music, and over the past 6 years, he has also been producing & remixing tracks alongside some of Europe's top names in the hip-hop scene. He also acts as Musical Director / DJ of Switzerland's number 1 hip-hop radio show "Downtown Boogie" which airs 5 days a week on Swiss national radio. His first album "The InVinczible" was released in 2009 to critical acclaim, which solidified his position as Switzerland's best urban music DJ. In 2014, he released his next single "Soleil De Minuit" featuring his good friends & multiplatinum artists DISIZ (France), STRESS (Switzerland) and introducing J.O.A.T. a very talented songwriting crew from the UK. The track was produced by VINCZ LEE in collaboration with multiplatinum producer JAY FASE from the duo FIREFLY & Switzerland's top Dancehall/Reggae producer RIGA. The song debuted in the top ITUNES CHARTS (HipHop) in Switzerland & the video enjoyed heavy airplay on swiss music channels including MTV. It is with that idea of "merging styles" that VINCZ LEE got the same team of producers back together again but this time with a "Dancehall / Mombahton" concept in mind. As JAY FASE has been developing his EDM producing skills with FIREFLY it was only natural that VL included them, as well as RIGA on the track. The track features 2 international superstars: POPCAAN, one of the biggest names in the Dancehall industry as well as CALI P - one of Europe's most notorious reggae artist's who now lives in Jamaica. "Upside down" turns out to be exactly what the title indicates: A certified club banger which will literally have heads turning "Upside Down". The track is set to release on itunes April 24th, and a video shot in jamaica by DAMEON GAYLE will be premiering online several weeks after that after that.
