Despair to Peace 2016 Remix is a complete overhaul of the original 2000 Despair to Peace album. All the songs have been re-edited and remixed using new sounds. Additionally, a new bonus track "Remembrance" is included in this version of the album.

Despair to Peace was my way of documenting the emotional journey I went through when my Grandfather passed. Each song conveys the feelings I experienced. The songs and their sequence are very much akin to the stages of grief that psychologists have written about. I found myself going through each of these stages too. I think my emotional journey was similar to many other people's journey. I hope listeners can find some comfort in this music.
