It begins with “City Lights” an up-tempo Broadway inspired ballad of missing someone. From the first notes of “Infatuation” the piano and drums merge the styling of James Bond by infusing sultry jazz to reveal the instant of falling for a bad decision. “Turn Out the Lights” is a layered piano work that unravels the tangle of feelings in a relationship while “And So” is everything Laura wished she had said.
