I've been through a lot in my short little life. Just like you. I wanted to make an album that was for all of us. Not just me. And that's something I haven't really seen in a good rock or pop record in a while. We cover a lot of ground together on this record. Songs like "Let It Rain" reflect us when we are enamored with love for the first time. Songs like "Catch Me in the Act" show us dealing with people who don't trust us. We move along the relationship timeline to "Just Leave." A song about having the courage to tell the one you love, but know is no good for you to leave. Then there is a quiet lonely. That feeling is "Drop of Mercy." And when you're at that really lost place, there's "Don't Runaway." Then we get over the whole thing with "Yesterday's Kiss." We then realize what that other person really was all about and how insignificant they really are in "All the Same." Then we heal and realize that we are pretty awesome without anybody attaching themselves to who we are. And that's "I'm a Rocket." There are a few other stories on the record as well. I hope that you will find your own stories in these songs that expose our universal experience! To "Feel Me" is to understand me intellectually, emotionally and spiritually. This album is the path to getting us to that place. These songs will become your songs, when you "Feel Me." They may be my stories, but they're all of our experience!
