In an industry filled with young female vocalists, Vanessa Renée emits a presence that will keep her fans listening for years to come. Her pop-jazz infused ethereal sound and style invites listeners to completely absorb themselves in

her music. With gripping, compelling vocals and proficient, piano driven songs, Vanessa brings together an eclectic mix inspired by life and influenced by artists such as Indigo Girls, Suzanne Vega and Ben Folds. Vanessa has been performing throughout the southeast for several years and has recently launched her first independent CD "Stones" Her songs have been included in student movie and theater productions at Regent University and her significant performances have included shows with Little River Band and Maura O'Connell at the Handlebar, and with Susan Werner at Whitman's Backroom. Vanessa pours passion into her music, and relays it in a powerful performance.
