Songs tend to come from all kinds of places but this particular song hit a nerve with artist/songwriter Bobby Wells and is catching on across America. I've seen our people (Americans) getting hit with disaster after disaster, and the spirit of our people rallying and coming together, standing shoulder to shoulder, getting through these trying times. That's America! I heard about our farmers losing their land, watching our jobs being shipped overseas, seeing the moral decay and greed ruining the fiber that made us strong while running our country into the ground. Our soldiers fighting for our freedom and losing their lives. I know that we can get through these tough times and better days are in the future but we must turn around. "America, Don't Throw It Away" is a wake-up call. We've got to get this thing right for our children...we've come too far to throw it all away. I hope this song blesses you in Jesus Christ' Name.
