AR’s call to ministry began at the early age of fifteen, when he worked as an evangelist boldly preaching sermons whenever he got a chance, even on public buses. Eventually, he began a church and was leading a full time ministry for several years thereafter. It was from these humble beginnings, that AR Base was able to gain experience as a praise and worship leader, eventually leading him to noteworthy appearances singing at major churches, radio stations, and was featured on television shows such as “The Dream.” Among his accolades, was having the honor of singing behind Gospel giants such as Patty LaBelle, Marvin Winans, Beverly Crawford, and Shirley Cesar. Having released his latest album, Love Worship, AR Base’s music now plays on radio stations nationwide.
