Dechroma is a musical duo based in Tehran, consisting of Milad Mardakheh and Sam Solino Mazahery. The duo has composed and performed soundtracks for many short films and theatrical plays is Iran, some of which are present in their first album, "i Caspian". Sam and Milad have collaborated together and made music since childhood, playing together in an alternative metal band from Tehran called Achromatic. They started composing music for films and plays from 2010, and decided to continue their collaboration in composing soundtrack under the banner "Dechroma". In 2012 they composed music for the play 'A Story For Those Who Have Not Been Born Yet', which was nominated for the best music award in the 15th Iran international festival of university theater. In 2013, they composed the official theme music for Nahal Film Festival. Dechroma has also collaborated with Dang Show in creating music for popular Persian TV series 'Pejman' and 'Dozdo Police', both aired on Iran's national television.

Having learned music from early ages with classical instruments such as the piano and violin, Milad and Sam draw influence from a very wide range of music while composing, from alternative metal, to classical and symphonic music, to minimal contemporary music or even hip hop. That's why their compositions are used in a wide spectrum of genres, from comedic, to epic or even horror.
