Lil Whoa is an innovative artist that likes to tell a story. Born in raised in Hampton Virginia he always used to hear the classics like Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, and many other artists. He liked the way they told stories and it allowed him to gain an understanding and an appreciation for music. His music has a flavor all its own. This mix and diversity comes from having family from New Orleans to Boston, which allowed him to gain a diverse understanding for all sorts of different cultures. These different cultures and areas have influenced not only his music but who he is as well.
