In-Seub Joeng (Piano) is from South Korea. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He is a pianist at Grace Avenue United Methodist Church in Frisco, Texas and piano faculty at Centre for Musical Minds in Frisco, Texas. He had worked as a Teaching Fellow at the University of North Texas from 2010 to 2015. Since he started playing the piano at six years old, he has performed through America, Europe, and South Korea. In 2016, he won the first prize at American Protégé International Piano and String Competition in New York City. In 2008, he was a prizewinner at International Piano Competition in Varna, Bulgaria and performed with Philharmonia Bulgarica under Maestro Vatchev at a winners’ concert. In same year, he participated in Forum Piano Barcelona Ciutat (Forum Barcelona Pedagogical Activities), held in Barcelona, Spain, and performed in the final concert. In 2004, he performed in the Young Artists’ Debut Concert sponsored by The Piano Society of Korea. In 2003, he was chosen as a soloist for the annual concert of Chugye University for the Arts in South Korea. During 1998-2000, he toured for concerts through various cities in South Korea as a pianist in the Korean Navy Band. He earned a Master of Music degree from the University of North Texas in May 2010. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from Chugye University for the Arts and graduated from Yewon School, a special middle school for the arts in South Korea. Since 2005, he studied with a renowned Polish-American pianist and pedagogue Adam Wodnicki and studied orchestral conducting with Dr. Clay Couturiaux as his related field at the University of North Texas. Hee Sun Yun (Piano), otherwise known as Sunny Heesun Yun, is from South Korea. As a solo pianist, she has performed throughout America, Europe, and South Korea. Notable venues include Canegie Hall (New York City, USA), Kennedy Center (Washington DC, USA), and Seoul Arts Center (Seoul, South Korea). She has received the first prize in several international competitions, including Rose Petroff Foundation Piano Competition in San Antonio, Texas (2014), American Protégé International Piano and String Competition in New York City (2012), American Protégé International Concerto Competition in New York City (2012), and International Symphonic Workshops Piano Competition in Varna, Bulgaria (2008). In 2014, Dr. Peter A. Petroff (b. 1942) dedicated his composition, Rhapsody No.8, to her. The piece was published in a folio, Selected Advanced Concert Works for Piano, which is available at RBC Music in San Antonio, Texas. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She is an associate music minister at Aldersgate Unite Methodist Church in Carrollton, Texas and music faculty at Eastfield College in Mesquite, Texas. She earned a Master of Music degree from the University of North Texas. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from Chugye University for the Arts and graduated from Deokwon Arts High School in Seoul, South Korea. Since 2007, she has studied piano with a renowned Polish-American pianist and pedagogue Adam Wodnicki and studied orchestral conducting with Dr. Clay Couturiaux as her related field at the University of North Texas.
