A veteran on the conjunto music scene Ruben De La Cruz has been recording and filling up dance halls for many years.

This new album entitled "Negro Corazon " is Ruben's 15th studio album. With new songs written by vocalist and bajo sexto player Frank Hernandez, and a mixture of classics like Amor de Medida, and Los Cantaros the band showcases there traditional sound, but takes a leap forward with songs like Negro Corazon, Perla Negra, Cuando Tu Me Besas the band gives you a look into the future of Ruben De La Cruz and conjunto music.
