I was inspired by Tupac at a very early age. His music touched me so deeply I realized it was a true gift to deliver life stories via music in a lyrical way. My true love is writing. Some people never know what their purpose is in life. I have always known mine was my music. My first CD was written and performed by me. I was born 6/4/83 and grew up in a small southern town, Chiefland, Florida, and learned at a very early age the deep wounds that prejudiced people can impose on innocent children of every race. My folks opened their home to everyone. Sometimes my friends lived with us through their high school years because they had nowhere else to go. These friends have remained true to me to this day. I have tried since grade school to bridge the gap of ignorance and bring people together regardless of influences their past generations may have imposed upon them. It worked more times than not, but the bridge of love is a struggle that we all must continue to work on so that one day we can all cross it together. Peace, one love B- Dub
