The Tolley and Martin Project: Mortal Dreams is 70 minutes of music collaboration CD between David Tolley, an international composer and performer for film and television, & Timothy Martin, a progressive rocker on bass and keyboards. Five vocal pieces were sung by Betsy Pizzo and she co wrote the lyrics on the title track #1 Mortal Dreams and #6 Hear Me Calling. The concept of the recording is to provide an ecclectic mix of tunes fit for Television, dance clubs and film. Some tunes are already being used on television and two tunes are getting lotsa spins in the techno-clubs spanning from NY to Miami. Cleverly, Mortal Dreams makes allusion to many of the artists who had a great influence on us, including, Pink Floyd, Yes, Enigma and Vangelis.
