About The Artists: Dave Crane Dave Crane has been DJing for over 15 years. He has played alongside some of the biggest names in dance music for club brands like The Warehouse Project, Ministry of Sound, Euphoria, Cream and BCM and has played all over Europe. Dave has been awarded for his skills on numerous times; most recently winning the Bench and Mixcloud World Wide DJ search in 2010 beating 100s of DJs' from around the globe to be crowned the winner! Dave also has a bi-monthly radio show 'House Mates' which attracts listeners from all over the world and has featured guests such as M.A.N.D.Y, Timo Garcia, Futuristic Polar Bears, Mark Mendes and Agoria to name a few. About The Mix Compiled and mixed live by Dave Crane, this mix shows his versatile style and ability to build a set. Starting with Soulful and Funky vibes then delving into a more Techy and Jackin' sound for which he is known for, while keeping that party feel. The mix features a number of tracks that have been prominent in his live sets and on his radio shows over the past 6 months, whilst also showcasing some of Europe's finest up and coming producers alongside some of his own productions and remixes. Turn Up, Stand Up and Get Down as Dave takes' you on a journey he hopes you'll be listening to for months to come! Pentaprism Steve started his music career as early as 12 years old taking up percussion and drums in a punk band. Moving on Steve was heavily involved in breakdancing and loved the 80's electro artists so started buying drum machines and a keyboard. He managed to work with another musician / keyboard player and worked on some electro music inspired by Afrika Baambaata, Cybotron and Newcleus. The Acid House scene arrived and Steve then started to get DJ bookings and also managed to produce music with another producer under the name of Energise 2000 and played live sets at many of the Raves and parties in the South East and London. With the 90's dance explosion and many genres developing on the underground Steve managed to keep up with the drifting styles of dance and house music. During 1998 Steve met Tony Edwards who was then working for EMI Records and produced the late 90's progressive house sound under the name of Aquilia and had a few successful releases. DJ Sasha was a big supporter of his music and featured a few tracks on his compilations of which sold enormous amounts worldwide. The massive progressive house anthem called 'Dreamstate' was hammered by Sasha and Digweed back in the late 90's and was featured on Triple XXX Recordings, Sasha Global Underground 013 Ibiza (double CD) and Triple vinyl, Covermount CD from 'Club On Magazine and Ministry Magazine back in 2000, Markus Schultz mix CD, Future Progressive compilation on Nervous Records to name a few. Aquilia also remixed 'Allure' for Tiesto's label. About The Mix: Pentaprism Mixed by Pentaprism this takes you on a journey which has been inspired by a generation of music. Adam Nics Adam's music is constantly evolving and he respectfully understands where house music has come from and always keeps that in his music. In the last year Adam has achieved many milestones in a short space of time ranging from DJ'ing at World Electronic Music Festival, producing a global FM weekly radio station with an audience of 15000 weekly listeners, performing an artist showcase series with HMV, and touring in Ibiza this summer, playing at global hotspots such as Kanya and Es Vive. After the launch of the Plastik Philosophy compilation Adam's next journey involves joining Lucky Life Ibiza to start their weekly hourly show.
