Since 1991 Teddy Martinez Y Grupo Oro has become well known in the Tejano industry. With there combination of classic tejano sounds but with a new and fresh twist. The band has developed a huge following and Texas and quickly and around the world performing a blend of English, Country and Tejano music making them extremely versatile. In 2012 Teddy Martinez y Grupo Oro was featured on Ro' Records Tex Mex Playlist in 2012 and radio dj's across the US were intrigued and in support of this new fresh sound and began to spin the singles "Prenda Amada" and "Quiero Ensenarte". After two years in the studio 2014 brings Desde el Corazon the bands first full length national cd release featuring a mix of rancheras and cumbia's and one engilsh song. The album also features special guest Shelly Lares and a duet with Ram Herrera. This new release will soon be a favorite in your tejano music collection.
