Invivas gives a modern touch to the term Acapella. The band was founded in 2011 in Graubünden during Basil’s school days. The band's name, INVIVAS, stands for vocal perfection, professional entertainment and great-arrangements. Literally Invivas means something like: "in life, alive." They are young, talented, refreshingly musical, and perform pop, folk, and originals. Their versatility is created vocal percussion, a bass singer with almost frightening depth and three lead singers who could not be more different: An African R & B voice, a European soul singer and an incredible tenor voice, peppered with oriental ornaments. Together they form an extraordinary, vocally perfect, very modern version of a cappella singing.
