D Burns born and raised in Compton, is an Ex-Gang member turned Gospel Evangelist. D Burns bring a smooth mellow sound with powerful lyrical verses. This Artist has grown up around music all of his life. Started rapping at the age of 14. Coming from a family of talent like J Boog of B2K, D Burns was not a stranger to the spotlight. D Burns felt a calling on his life from God and decided to use his talent to preach the Gospel through music. His goal is to bring as many people to the Kingdom of God by sharing his testimony through Hip Hop. D Burns is a leader of an outreach ministry called "Bangin' For Christ". He dedicates his time reaching out to those in need. Devotes his life in building his relationship with Christ. Through prayer, fasting and reading the Bible, D Burns was able to put this album together. He prays that this album speaks life into people and show them that there is other options than the street life.
