The Moving Strings first started off as a jam project sometime during 2002. After a several different setups, including a saxophone and vocals, the band reached their sound with just the basic instrument setup: guitar, bass and drums. This setup turned out to yield the desired sound, as busy and eclectic as it is.

The sound engineer's recording experiments significantly influenced the final expressive dynamics in their playing, which helped shape their progressive rock and ambient music styles into a colorful collage of soundtrack flavored sound. The band was working on this album for a reasonably long period of time which can be well heard and felt throughout the melody lines and progressions. And finally, after the band's thrilling musical explorations that resulted in an original blend of sound, the album is here for you to download and enjoy.
