Hi we are Little Pleasures; a boy girl Indie rock duo emerging from the Sydney Newcastle soil - Australia. We write songs with each other via email, and then professionally record these with our Producer Melvin Tree (Leroy Lee, Tim Weekes) from home studios and in various recording studios in the Sydney and Lake Macquarie area. The hand still scratches the head when people ask who we sound like - we\'ve been likened to Shirely Manson (Garbage), Blondie (wicked!), Veruca Salt (also wicked), The Sneaker Pimps and The Velvet Underground and Nico. Most of the time our music is of a quirky nature, sometimes dark and often borderline punk but were not that daring... yet..... Little Pleasures Live? = one minute hypnotically sweet and the next nothing but fierce. We have finished recording our debut EP which has just been washed, tumble dried and mastered all ready for your ears.... Guest Musicians include Syd Green, Pete Drummond, Dave Leslie and Brendan O\'Brien..... So that\'s us - a mixed bag of sound that could be from any corner of the world!
