Three nights a week through the winter months at the Back of Bourke, locals and travellers gather around the campfire to hear tales of the Outback from the Bard of Bourke. This is Poetry on a Plate, an iconic event of storytelling, food and camaraderie, captured in part on this disc with solo and accompanied performances by Andrew Hull of the stories of Western NSW that are told around the campfire every other night.
