Adrian grew up in southern Illinois where folk, bluegrass, and classic rock created the soundtrack to every summer festival that brought his small town together. Those childhood influences manifested in Adrian’s own music when he began his songwriting career. He released his debut album Better Son in 2010 while living in Baltimore. Performing around the East Coast and Midwest, Adrian has brought his confessional story-telling to music lovers across the country. Now settled in Louisville, KY, he is releasing his second LP titled Rise Anew. The album tells the story of spiritual collapse and renewal. Three years in the making, Rise Anew eventually embodied the resurrection tale it was supposed to tell. Shelved and nearly abandoned , Adrian credits his supportive family and friends for believing in and ultimately saving the album. In 2014, Resonate Recordings took over the project and have dialed in what Adrian describes as his most personal music project yet.
