Young C born Defrance Corey Gilbert on August 20th 1991 in Montgomery Al. he now lives in a small town called Wetumpka Al. Young C is now 17 years old and attends Wetumpka high school where he well liked and well known. His hobbies are playing basketball,playing drums,hanging with friends and writing music. He has been writing music since the age of nine and rapping professionally for about four years. Young C has a southern flavor, but at the same time he has style of his own. He has appeared on In the Mixx T.V show as well as some other well known artist such as Pretty Ricky, Outkast, Young Joc, Young Dro, and The Ying Yang Twins. He has also performed at night clubs such as The Gentlemens Club(Montgomery Al.), Club Chocolate City(Alexzander City Al.), Club Onyx(B'ham Al.), Club Boomerang(Montgomery Al.), Frontstreet(montgomery Al.) just to name a few. He has also performed in Columbus OH. and a host of private shows and birthday parties. Young C writes all of his own lyrics he also written and completed his first album titled "Young and Famous". He also enjoys listening to rap music, some of his favorite artist are 2pac, lil wayne, snoop dogg, and lil boosie. What Young C loves most about rapping is the way he is able to express himself through his music
