This is a nine track album provided by el gato #9, courtesy of bloo neko recordings. These pieces were compiled over a 5 year time span. It consists of electronic based music covering a wide range of genres within this category. Enjoy the journey throughout the tempo changes and melodic injections. [Track descriptions] "maya" This one starts of with a cat purring sound and leads into the fabric of the whole remaining album consisting of heavy bass and spooky melodies which ranges along a signature from 3/4 to 4/4 and empty interludes. This tune can be played with downtempo and drum & bass rhythms. "Piano Attack!!!" The piano heard throughout was hammered in "live" with a real piano and keyboard. The beats pick up the tempo as reminder of the previous EP releases on bloo neko, as well as, foreshadow the few techno/electro-influence tracks to arrive. "Sightings from the Lake" The "sightings" are of the obvious unidentified flying objects spotted through the ages around the world. The "Lake" is where this track had its first debut. "The Claw" Here comes the Drum & Bass with the extra swift kicks skating on the sharp edge between the elements of Jungle. The cat's "claw" is a dangerous, yet interestingly controlled design - a soft pat or a quick, precise scratch. "Suspended" Ambient excursions guide the listener to an area of no structures leaving them "suspended" in thought and body motion. Where can we go from here? "The Forest of Ore" We end up at this place where the alteration of reality continues. Travel with eras of humans in our destructive nature from the Bronze to Industrial into the ways of Silicone transformations. Be aware of the future...
