Originally i started off as JUST a rapper, constantly trying to prove my flow to my friends, family, but most of all to the uncle i looked up to as a kid. My Uncle Joe "J-Rod" was all about that real Hip-Hop, "that Hip-hop Hip-hop" in his words. Artists like ODB, Busta Rhymes, Eazy-E, (old school)Ice Cube, Dre, Digital Underground, 2 Pac, Nas, Dj Quick, Biggie, and etc. were a huge influence in my rhythm and deliverance. Being raised in East LA i always had a fascination with doo wops. That style is where ive been feeding off of for most of my chord progressions. Every now and then a switch up will be thrown in and my reason for that is so when it comes down to the versatile aspect in music.....personally i feel the EP fits the description. With that being said, I hope that im not the only one who still truly believes in the melting pot. The world is diverse and just to make it simple...you are too. We deserve artist who go past expectations just to say they could, those who strive to be better then they were on their last CD, those who will suffer isolation from peers, family, and friends just to give their audience the true definition of entertainment. This is the artist i aspire to be so i hope my music does the rest of the talking. Thank you.
