Sammi Martinez is a 15-year-old singer/songwriter from Chandler, Arizona. She started singing for audiences and playing the piano when she was just 4 years old. At age 11 she taught herself guitar and started writing songs at age 12. Music has always been a huge part of her life and is her true passion. Sammi has competed in several talent shows including Alice Cooper's Proof is in the Pudding competition in 2016. She was selected to perform at Tempe Center for the Arts for their "In the Spotlight" show. She often performs her own shows at several coffee shops and performing arts centers such as SoZo Coffeehouse and My Tea. You can find her at many local open mics in the Phoenix area. She enjoys performing and sharing her music whenever she can and hopes to make music her career.

Her first EP, "Perspective," includes 5 original songs that describe her outlook on young love and discovering herself. Her music is mainly pop with a little taste of country.
