About Me: I was born and raised in Prince Edward Island, Canada and am currently based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I like to think of myself as someone who is constantly pushing boundaries - with myself, with others, and with the Greater Good. Through this I've discovered more about myself and how I fit into this world. Some days I feel like I fit, other days I'm spiraling - during these times of spiraling is when I write my music. About My Music: In a nut shell? My music is a process of self-love through marriage, divorce, religion and sexual identity. Like many 'tortured artists' I started writing when I had nowhere else to turn. I was in a full on life crisis. The music understood me, even when I didn't understand myself. The music literally kept me in the world and helped me discover growth out of brokenness. In sharing my music, I hope people can find, "Strength in the differences between us...and comfort where we overlap"(Ani Difranco).
