Pickin’ Like Thieves (a play on the title of INXS’s breakthrough album Listen Like Thieves) is comprised of four INXS songs performed in bluegrass style. “This is not a novelty record,” says producer The Hitmaker. “The songs themselves are strong enough that they really shine when performed in a different style with fresh arrangements. This change of musical setting really show the quality of the songwriting.”
