Tom Powell is a classically trained composer living in Madison, Wisconsin. He works primarily in the electronic medium with samplers and synthesizers. Scattergathering is the second of three cds of his dedicated to atmospheric, ambient, contemplative, meditative, and sculptural sound genres.
