Skordatura PunkJazz Ensemble was founded in 2005 by four ambitious jazz musicians, bound by their love for fresh and challenging music, who built their repertoire with a passion for experiment and the out-of-the-ordinary. Skordatura was shown the way by great bands and musicians such as Aka Moon, Fieldwork, Greetings from Mercury, Steve Lehman, Vijay Iyer, Steve Coleman, and Wayne Shorter.

Their debut How To Chase A Minute In One Second was released in February 2014 and received rave reviews from all over the globe.
