This album was entirely funded by my Kickstarter angels! Without the generosity of those who contributed to my Kickstarter campaign, there wouldn't be any new songs for me to play for you. My gratitude is boundless.

It has been over a decade since I was capable of writing something personal. Loss and life became too overwhelming and I battled with feeling blocked and closed. Drinking too much to escape didn’t even dull the sadness and pain of shutting down a part of me and I felt broken. This song came to me as I was sitting in a bar, waiting for my friend to show up. A man was staring at me and for a moment I thought, maybe I’m not totally invisible. Then I realized he was staring at the big TV screen behind me showing a basketball game. I laughed out-loud at the irony and silliness of it all and the lyrics to the song started flowing through my brain.
