22.Craig De Sousa- Star Struck EP This is the second of three EP’s being released by Craig De Sousa over the Southern Summer and is included in Craig’s Audio Flux 2012 mix which charted #2 on Beatports Top 100 mixes. Side A’s “Strip in Time” is a funky, deep driver with a real dark twist. The powerful stabbing synths, deep rolling bass and catchy beat perfectly highlight the 80’s-like lead of this SA House jam. Side B’s Solo Star is a cheeky 80’s influenced track with a catchy baseline that works any dance floor. The Star Struck EP is testament to the strength of South African House scene. After producing for over ten years it seems that the time has finally come for this talented producer to really shine.
