The lead track is a re-telling of “What I am” originally by Edie Brickell and the new Bohemians. This track and the Dub mix of it that closes the album were produced by London based electronica / dub music legend, Gaudi. There are four tracks produced by Santa Cruz producer Seth Theodore of Million 7 sound. “ Search I “ describes a shakedown at the Canadian border, while “Late night special” is a classic lovers rock duet with undiscovered Maui talent, Nara Boone. “Room for me” and the title track are both classic reggae tunes with solid production by million 7 and feature the brass wizardry of Celebrity Hornz. Other gems included are “Sending flowers” with is done combination style with veteran reggae singer Pluto Shervington, and “Mama song” which was produced by Soul Syndicate Bassist Fully Fullwood. “She don’t know”, Must be a change” and “Gave it up for love” were all produced and tracked in Jamaica with the cream of Jamaican session players by American reggae pioneer Jack Miller.
