The Willisville Mountain CD came about as a group of musicians , artists and performance artists celebrated a mountain and a region that is threatened by mining interests who want to take the mountain down to use as flux in the smelting process. This mountain was home to seveal Canadian artists , particularly Frank Carmichael and C.J. Cassson who painted near Willisville Ontario, throughout their creative lives . This CD is not a protest album - it is a celebration of their work and what is there.
