Jay Day was originally just a small collection of songs I had written as therapy and healing. Within the time they were created, I decided to share them as they were, raw and uncut. The theme is recovery after loss and love in many forms. The term "where were you on jay day" simply means where were you when you had your realization, your moment of clarity after a overwhelming amount of storms
