Singing has always been my passion in life. As a young girl, at our tiny church in Winchester, Kentucky, I always sang "Away In A Manger" in the Christmas play. Those are some of the fondest memories of my childhood. The story of Christmas was vivid & powerful to me then and it remains that way now. Even as a little girl, I knew that Christmas was so much more than the colorful lights on our tree and all of the anticipation that accompanied it. Christmas represents a time of great joy and should be shared with those around us.

After much encouragement by family and friends, I now share "The Joy of Christmas" with you.

Rick Steuart's arrangements are masterful, the musicians are stellar and I'm joined by the amazing Galen Scott and my good friend, Roberto DeBourg on two of the tunes.

I hope you enjoy this recording as much as we enjoyed creating it and it becomes an annual favorite at your house during the most blessed of all seasons.
