Just 19 and 20 years old, Spencer Saylor and Chris Jamison have blown listeners away with their mature writing and voices in less than a year. Having met at college in their first year, Saylor and Jamison made a connection through music that has taken them far beyond where they ever thought they would be. After each releasing songs in the winter of 2012, their music brought each of them to their local spotlights. The duo has been able to work with incredible engineers and producers that have created tracks that have allowed their names to grow exponentially in just a few months. With their roots in acoustic singing and songwriting, the two have been able to play at the shows of national acts like John Mayer, Phillip Phillips, Aaron Carter, Jon McLaughlin, Ryan Cabrera, Jason Castro, Deleasa, Matt White, and Ewert and the Two Dragons, over the last year. That prominent success over their short time span as artists has led many to call them two of the fastest growing artists in their genre both in their recordings and performances. Influenced by artists like John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, and Allen Stone, the two incorporate stylistic traits of several different genres which makes their sound so unique. Their simple and lovable lyrics are often paired with an unforgettable melody that leaves you whistling it for the rest of the day. The rhythm they produce is easy to move to, toe-tappity, and something to relax to on any day of the year. Since their voices are both so versatile and they enjoy incorporating other genres in their music, Saylor and Jamison have begun to not only produce acoustic music but pop, rock, and EDM as well.
