Beta Ghosts is an original deep house duo from Boston, MA/Northampton, MA. With foundations working as solo artists, John Medeiros and Nur Tiven have joined forces and present to you the duo project, Beta Ghosts.<br/><br/>Initially conceived as a studio project, Beta Ghosts quickly hit a sound, which became uniquely their own; blending deep house grooves, ambient textures and authoritative melodies with elements of live musicianship. Both Tiven and Mederios come from foundations in live music and incorporate the presence of a live-music approach in playing their shows. Through hardware and software customization, the ghost ship takes flight, creating space to remix and reinterpret their own tracks, as well as create new productions live in the moment.<br/><br/>It is with great enthusiasm and gratitude to introduce our first locally based collaboration with Beta Ghosts. As HOH004, Sun & Heir EP captivates the mastery of sound created within the Beta Ghost project. Their Zen like approach to music production and incorporation of creation within the present moment shines as the ghosts take you through an ambient journey of discovery through the underground.
