Cavil is the alliance of Kevin Brooks, Nils Seubold, Dylan McBride, and Josh Hardin. On their debut self titled album these four relatively newcomers bash out their own new version of Metalcore – Cavil's eight songs add up to a powerful, destructive incarnation of the vibe setforth years ago by bands like Slipknot, Meshuggah, and The Acacia Strain. Cavil brings forward a new Metalcore sound – dark, evil and electrifying – The intensity of the band is a sonic assault to your ear drums.
