Duologue is the brainchild of Paul A Harper. Utilizing his knowledge of mathematics, science and chemistry, Harper crafts picture perfect pop songs in Darron Aronofsky cinematic stylings with a Van Gogh visual backdrop. Levels, his third solo full length release under the moniker, proves to be the most complex and reviving one yet, incorporating more than just keyboards and live drums into the mix, and making use of a plethora of programming bells and whistles to make his songs stand out even more.

Songs like the first single \"Self Help\" pull you in with subtlety and an effervescent air matched only by its clever hooks and tongue in cheek lyrical prowess. Subjects and topics in content range from those of factual circumstances (Second City, Bound And Stuck, LLP) metaphysical interpretation (Man, Self Help, With Levels) and fantasy/fiction bound by realism (Time Inside, Underneath, Milliseconds). All of the songs paint symphonious pictures with individual stories told in a dual monotone, illuminating and dreary at the same time, making Levels true to its own name.
