Mikko Löytty is a Finnish rock legend. He has played in many of the top band in the country, such as Q-Stone, and collaborated on dozens of albums. On his solo album "Koivu ja Tähtiniitti" he returns to songwriting duties composing a suite of songs with some of Finland's top songwriters, such as Heikki Salo, Jussi Sydänmäki and Esa Eloranta. Recorded at the analogue JJ Studios the record has that great vintage sound of the good old days of rock and roll.
