"A Davarian Christmas" was arranged and produced entirely in Propellerhead Reason software, using various virtual synthesizers and plugins. It started as a fun experiment in November/December 2007, then grew into a full album by Christmas of 2008. In 2010, it was released online for digital distribution.

The mood of the songs range from upbeat and cheerful ("Joy to the World", "Angels We Have Heard on High") to downtempo/chilled ("I Wonder as I Wander", "We Three Kings", "What Child is This"). All tracks are completely instrumental.
