This song was so much fun to write, and I got to work on it with my husband Bob, which was very cool. The visuals that came to me in writing the lyrics were amazing and filled with so many memories of doing crazy things as a kid, and of that one guy or girl that you always envied for their crazy, courageous spirit. There’s that somebody in everyone’s life I think. This song gets to celebrate that person.

Thank you to everyone who worked on this record and made it come to life – all the magical musicians: Jason, David, David, Charley, Cassie Lea, and the wonderfully mystical technician Darian at Blue Chair Recording Studio in Austin Arkansas, and special thanks to our producer, the incredibly talented (and patient) Jason Campbell (Singletree).

Music is the universal language. It’s a perfect way to express all emotions through lyrics that send messages and tell stories, and through the music itself. I am so fortunate and blessed to get to do this and share my music with everyone. Thank you to all the Country radio stations that spin this record, and thank you all for listening.
